The Horrors Of Project Natal
So there’s a video out there of someone actually playing with the unit. Before we get to that I would like to talk a bit about Microsoft’s propaganda. The original Project Natal marketing video is very good. But how much of it is real?
The last part in the video got me really excited. Using your hands and voice as controllers is one of the coolest things I have ever seen. The neighbors will think you are crazy but to hell with them. That was what I thought until I saw this video:
They seem to be having lots of fun with the device. However, they look like they are having seizure. Imagine what’s going to happen if a collective epileptic seizure were to happen? Poor familly.
Microsoft finally realized they are not in good standing with all the demographic and took swift action. I present you the new official Project Natal video. The dad and kid are busting some serious moves. At first I thought she complained because the kid hit the floor. A careful second look at the video will show that her husband “accidentally” stepped on her. Nice way to show her place in camera. Still, your dancing ruled “bro”.
I had tears coming out after watching this remix.
Bad jokes asides, it looks like fun and should keep us in good shape. I can only think what the eroge market in Asia will do with it.
