Oceans and Summer Movies

Oceans is the second in what will probably be a long line of Disney nature films. Last year Earth came out and they already have one planned for next year. While I didn’t see the first one, I would imagine it was a lot like Oceans: Amazing shots, beautiful creatures and just an overall interesting documentary.

The only problem is they have tons of these on TV already. It seems like you can easily just save ten bucks and watch a nature flick at home. I enjoyed it and the only complaint I had was the narration (Pierce Brosnan saying some weird stuff at times). Watching it on the big screen is nice I guess, but I would say that’s the only advantage. Unless you just really love the ocean, save your money. I sure there’s something on the Discovery Channel right now!

A Nightmare On Elm Street, which looks decent, comes out this week. Then May has a few big ones: Iron Man 2, Robin Hood, Shrek 4, and Prince of Persia. There should be some good ones there (I‘m banking on Robin Hood) and I’ll try and get reviews of all these on KO as early as possible. Below is another trailer for Robin Hood just for good measure.
