Dragon Age: A Game For The Open Minded
The NYTimes wrote an article about a gay love scene in Bioware’s new RPG, Dragon Age. There is a small interview with the creators regarding the reasons to add such a scene.
Q: Have you read any of the negative responses that the gay love scene has elicited?
A: It’s something we’re aware of. Anything like that taken out of context — a snippet from a book, a single paragraph — it’s very easy to react negatively to it. People who have played the game are very happy with the experience that they’ve been having. If players are happy with the experience, I think we’ve done our job.
